Terms of service

For the websites we build, launch and look after. Last changed on 16 October 2026.

In short: you see a price before you pay, you approve the site before you pay the rest, the monthly plan has no minimum term, and what we build for you is yours.

1Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you, the business or person ordering a website, and Hey.bg Ltd, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with registration number 205563225 (“NeuWP”, “we”, “us”). They cover three things: building your new website, launching it on your domain, and the monthly plan that hosts it and looks after it. The free preview has its own, shorter terms in part two.

NeuWP is for businesses, associations and professionals, and for private people too. If you order as a private person, for something outside your trade or business, the law calls you a consumer, and clause 10 gives you an extra right to change your mind.

2Your tier and your price

We look at what your current website has and tell you which tier it fits and what it costs, before you pay anything. The price we show you is held for 30 days. If your site needs more than our tiers cover, a person writes you a quote instead, and asking for one costs nothing.

From the moment you start, the price of your build, the number of rounds of changes and the number of working days are the ones you agreed to, whatever our price list says afterward.

The price of the monthly plan can change over the years. If it does, we tell you at least 60 days before, and you can end the plan before the new price applies. A year you have paid for keeps its price until it ends.

Prices are in euros, or in Danish kroner if you use our site in Danish, and we don’t add VAT to them: the price you see is the price you pay. If your business is registered for VAT in another EU country, VAT on our work is due in your country under the reverse charge, and you account for it yourself. Enter your VAT number at the checkout, and your invoice shows it beside ours (BG205563225).

3Paying

  • To start: a start payment of €240, the same for every tier. With a custom quote, you accept the quote instead.
  • When you approve the new site: the rest of the build’s price, together with your first month of the plan, or your first year.
  • After that: the plan, monthly or yearly, paid in advance and taken from your card automatically until you end it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Nothing beyond what is listed here is charged unless you have approved it on your project page.

4What we build, and how long it takes

Your project page holds a list called “What we build for you”. That list is what you are buying: every page, form, tool and language on it. We build from your preview, from the public content of your current website and from what you send us.

The time to build is counted in working days, Monday to Friday: 2 to 3 for Essential, 5 for Business, 10 for Advanced, and as agreed for a custom site. The count begins when you have sent everything on the list of what we need from you. If we have to wait for something of yours, the count stops until we have it. We plan each build to fit these days. If yours is going to take longer, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. A build that runs a few days late is not on its own a reason to end the agreement.

5Looking it over, and approving

When the site is built you go through it against your list and tell us what needs a change. Your tier includes rounds of changes: two for Essential, three for Business, four for Advanced. A round is everything you send us at one time. Changes that add to the list, or that come after your rounds are used, are extra work under clause 7.

If we hear nothing once your site is ready to look over, we remind you twice. After 14 days without an answer, the site is taken as approved. Nothing is charged because of that: the rest of the price is still paid by you, when you choose to.

6The launch

Once the site is paid for in full, we agree a launch day with you. To make the move you give us access to your domain’s settings by inviting us; we never ask you to type a password into a page of ours. On the day, your domain is pointed to the new site. Your email is not touched. Where your old site had pages at other addresses, we point each one to its matching page on the new site, wherever there is one.

If a launch does not hold, we take it back, and your previous website stays where it was until we try again on a day agreed with you.

7The monthly plan

From your last payment on, the plan includes:

  • hosting on our servers in the EU, with a security certificate;
  • a backup every night, kept for 30 days, and each month’s first backup for six months;
  • updates, security checks and uptime monitoring;
  • the built-in AI assistant, with a monthly allowance that depends on your tier;
  • a person’s work on your site every month: one hour for Essential, two for Business, three for Advanced;
  • a report each month that says what was measured and what was done.

The hours begin again on the first of each month, and hours not used in a month do not carry over. Work beyond your month’s hours is quoted first, in half hours, at €50 an hour. You approve the quote on your project page and pay for it there, or decline it. We never log more time against a quote than you approved, and we never add extra work to your bill on our own.

We work to keep your site online and fast, and we measure both. We cannot promise that a website is never interrupted, and the plan is not a guarantee of uptime.

8How long it runs, and how it ends

The monthly plan has no minimum term. You can end it at any time by writing to us, and it then runs to the end of the month you have paid for. A year paid at once gives three months free and runs for the year. A year paid up front is not refunded if you end it early, except as clause 10 says for a private person.

We can end the plan by giving you 30 days’ notice. We can pause or end it sooner if a payment stays unpaid for 30 days after a reminder, or if the site is used for something unlawful. Before we take anything offline for an unpaid bill, we write to you at least twice.

9Yours to keep

Your text, your pictures and your domain are yours from the first day, and they stay yours. Once the build is paid for in full, the website we built is yours too.

If you leave, tell us, and within 10 working days we hand you a complete copy of your site, at no cost: its files and its database, ready for any host that runs WordPress.

Our theme, its designs and our tools are licensed to you for the one website we built them for, wherever it’s hosted. You may not copy them to another website, or sell, share or pass them on. WordPress itself and the plugins on your site come with their own licenses.

10Refunds, and changing your mind

What comes back to you, and when:

WhenWhat you get back
You change your mind before we start buildingYour start payment, in full.
You change your mind after we’ve startedNothing of the start payment, since a person’s time has gone into your site. A private person: see below.
We can’t build what’s on your listEverything you’ve paid for the build.
You approve a quote for extra work, then change your mind before we start on itThe whole quote.
You end the monthly planNothing for the month already paid, and nothing more is taken.
You end a year paid up front before it’s overNothing: a year paid at once is not refunded (a private person within their 14 days: see below).

We start building on the day you send the last thing on your list of what we need from you. Money we return goes back the way you paid, within 14 days.

If you order as a private person (a consumer, not for your business), you also have 14 days from your start payment to cancel, without giving a reason, and you get back everything you’ve paid. When you start, you tell us whether you order as a private person. For those 14 days, your project page has a “Withdraw from contract here” button: press it, check what it says and confirm, and we email you our confirmation straight away, with the date and time we received it. You can also tell us by email.

11Your part

  • You have the right to use the text, pictures and logos you give us, and those on your current website.
  • What your site says and sells is yours to answer for, including what the law asks of your trade.
  • You keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
  • You do not use the site to break the law, to send spam or to harm others.

12About the AI

Your preview is drafted with the help of AI, and a person goes over every site we build before it goes live. The AI assistant on your own site works on your instruction and can make mistakes: look at what it changed before you rely on it. It runs within a monthly allowance, and says so when the allowance is used.

13If something goes wrong

If we get something wrong, we put it right. Beyond that, our liability to you under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profit or for losses we could not have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this part says when they last changed. If a change affects a plan you already have, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can end the plan before then. The price of your build stays as agreed, and the plan’s price only changes as clause 2 says.

15The law, and disagreements

Write to us first: most things are settled by a person reading your message. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. If you’re a private person, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in. These terms are written in English and translated to help you read them: where a translation says something different, the English text applies.

part two

Preview terms

For the free preview. Short, because there is not much to it.

In short: it’s free, it commits you to nothing, your current site is never touched, and the preview ends by itself after 30 days.

1What the preview is

NeuWP reads the public pages of the website you give us and builds a new version of it as a preview, at its own address under neuwp.com, with your own text and photos. You get a link by email to try it. It is free, and asking for one commits you to nothing.

2Whose website

Ask for a preview only of a website that is yours, or that you represent. We may refuse any request, and we make one preview per website.

3What we do with your site

  • We read only what anyone can see on your website. Your current site stays online exactly as it is: we never sign in to it or change it.
  • We copy your words and photos into the preview so you can see them in a new design. Where we have no photo of yours that fits, we may use stock photographs, and we say so.
  • The preview is drafted with the help of AI. It can make mistakes, so read it before you show it to anyone. Where your website says nothing of something, the preview may show an example in its place, such as a figure or opening hours: your project makes every word and fact true to your business.

4How long it stays

The preview stays up for 30 days. It is hidden from search engines, and only people with its link can see it. After 30 days we take it down and keep a copy for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it. Write to us at any time and we take it down sooner.

5In the preview

You can change the content, pictures and look of the pages we built, and use the built-in AI assistant within a small allowance. Whoever has your link can see and change the preview, so share it with care. Forms in the preview send nothing, since it is a preview. Please do not use it for anything unlawful, or to publish anything that is not yours.

The editor in your preview is a limited one, there for trying things out. Your WordPress website comes with the full editor, which does much more: add new blocks and sections, reorder anything, and change the header, footer and menus. Inside WordPress you also get a much more powerful assistant, and settings for the whole site.

6If you like it

You start a project, and the terms of service in part one apply from then on. If you don’t want it, do nothing: it ends by itself.

7After your preview

We may write to you afterwards, to ask what you thought of your preview or to suggest something more, such as another design. Tell us you’d rather we didn’t, and we stop.

8The usual

The preview is offered as it is, without any promise that it suits a particular purpose. Questions: [email protected].

part three

Privacy notice

What we know about you, why, who helps us, and for how long.

In short: we keep what building your site needs and nothing else, we sell nothing to anyone, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold at any time.

1Who we are

NeuWP is made by Hey.bg Ltd, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with registration number 205563225, which decides what happens to the information below. Write to us at [email protected].

2What we keep

WhenWhatWhyAllowed because
You type a website address into one of our address boxesWhat you type, even if you don’t send it or we can’t make a preview of it, and when. The page and the box you typed it in, its language, the name of the website that sent you, a campaign’s tag if the link had one, your country as Cloudflare tells us, the kind of screen you typed it on (a phone, a tablet or a computer), how far it went (typed, sent, refused, or a preview asked for), and what happened in the box that asks for your email: whether it opened, whether you began typing an email (never the email itself), whether Cloudflare asked you to tick its box, and whether you closed it. No internet address, no cookie, nothing kept on your device. To learn what kinds of websites people bring us, and where they stop before asking for a preview. Our legitimate interest in improving how people ask for a preview (article 6(1)(f)). Deleted after 90 days.
You describe a new business on our “No website yet?” pageWhat you pick and type there before you send it, even if you never do: the kind of business, its name, where it is, what it does in your words, how it should feel and its colors; how far through the steps you got, and when. The page’s language, the name of the website that sent you, a campaign’s tag if the link had one, your country as Cloudflare tells us and the kind of screen you used. You ask for a previewThe website address you give us and what is public on that website: its words, photos, colors and menu. Your answers to our questions, your name and your email address. You connect your Facebook page or Instagram accountWhat Meta gives us once you sign in with Facebook or Instagram and choose a page: its name and details, its opening hours, its photos and its own posts of the last year, with how many people reacted to each. We read it once; the key your sign-in gives us is used for that one reading and never kept. Your photos are copied without the camera’s or the place’s details, and the words of your posts are read by an AI model to find your offers, prices and dates, which you check before anything is designed. To design a website from your page, with your own photos and the posts your followers liked most. You asked us to (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)). We make a new home page for your business without being askedYour business’s public details, as its website and the business register show them: its name, address, email address and phone number, its register number and who runs it. Our notes of what we said to each other. To show you what your website could be, and to answer you. Our legitimate interest in offering our work to businesses (article 6(1)(f)). We write to you at most twice, and once more before the page is deleted. What we gathered about a business we haven’t written to within a month is deleted, and the page and what we gathered 30 days after our first email (longer only if you ask us to keep it), or on the day you ask us to delete it. If you talk to us, they’re kept until three months after we last spoke, or for as long as you’re our client. After that we keep only a note never to write to you again: your website’s address, and your email address in a scrambled form.
You open one of our pagesA count of the visit: the page, the hour, its language, the name of the website that sent you (google.com, say), a campaign’s tag if the link had one, your country as Cloudflare tells us, and the kind of screen (a phone, a tablet or a computer). Nothing that tells you apart: no internet address, no cookie, nothing kept on your device. To know which pages people read, what brings them to us, and which of our ads work. Our legitimate interest in knowing how people find us (article 6(1)(f)). The counts are totals, and none of them can be traced to anyone.

3What the AI sees

To draft a preview, the public content of your website is sent to an AI model. Your answers to our questions go with it. Your payment details never do. When you ask the assistant in your preview or on your site to change something, the part of the page you are changing is sent, with your request.

4Who helps us

These companies help us run NeuWP. Each one gets only what it needs for its part, and each has an agreement with us that holds it to the GDPR.

5How long

A preview and what came with it stay for 30 days, then 90 days in an archive, then they are deleted. A preview that became a project is kept while we work together. Invoices and payment records are kept at Stripe, for as long as accounting law requires.

6The visitors of a site we host

If we host your website, the information about your own visitors (what they send through your forms, their orders or bookings) is yours, and we handle it only on your instruction, to keep the site running. When a live site sends email to its visitors, we do not keep their addresses. How we do this is set out in part four, our data processing agreement, which is part of every client’s agreement with us.

7Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to take it with you, at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you feel we got it wrong, you can also take it to a data protection authority: in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection, or the one in your own country.

part four

Data processing

For clients whose websites we host, and part of your agreement with us.

In short: the information about your own visitors is yours. We use it only to run your site, we keep it safe, and we tell you straight away if anything goes wrong.

1What this covers

When we host and look after your website, we handle information about the people who use it. For that information you are the controller and we, Hey.bg Ltd, are your processor, as article 28 of the GDPR calls it. This agreement is part of the terms of service in part one, and it runs for as long as we host your site.

  • Whose information: your site’s visitors, and the people who write to you, book or order through it.
  • What: names, contact details, messages, orders and bookings, and the internet addresses in the server’s logs.
  • What we do with it: host your site, keep it running and safe, back it up, and change it when you ask.

2Only as you ask

We use your visitors’ information only for your site, and never for anything of our own. Your instructions are these terms and whatever you ask of us on your project page or by email. If we think an instruction would break the law, we tell you.

3Keeping it safe

Everyone at NeuWP who can reach your site is bound to keep what they see to themselves. Your site is hosted in the EU, kept apart from the other sites on our server, and reached only over encrypted connections and through a firewall. It’s backed up every night, each backup is read back to check it’s whole, and its code is checked every night against the last version we sealed.

4The companies we use

You agree that we use these companies for your site: Hetzner (the server), Cloudflare (bringing your site to its visitors), Resend (when your site sends email) and Anthropic (when you ask the Assistant to change a page, and then only that part of the page). Each is held to the same care by a written agreement with us. Part three, point 4, says where each one is.

5If that list changes

We tell you at least 30 days before we add or change a company that handles your visitors’ information. If you object and we can’t find a way around it together, you can end the plan before the change applies.

6Helping you

We help you answer your visitors when they ask to see, correct or delete their information, and with anything else the GDPR asks of you about your site. If one of them writes to us instead, we pass it on to you.

7If something goes wrong

If we find that your visitors’ information has been lost, exposed or reached by someone who shouldn’t have it, we tell you without delay, and within 48 hours at the latest, with what we know and what we’re doing about it.

8When we part

When your plan ends we hand you a copy of your site, as clause 9 of the terms says. Then we delete it from our server within 30 days, and from our backups as they run out, within six months at the most.

9Checking on us

Ask us anything about how we look after your visitors’ information, and we answer. If you need more than answers, an auditor you choose may check once a year, with 30 days’ notice, at your cost.

part five

Cookies

The short kind of cookie page.

In short: neuwp.com sets no cookies for its visitors, and there’s no advertising and no tracking. What it keeps on your device is only what it needs to work.

We count visits on our own server, with nothing kept on your device (the privacy notice says what is counted). If we ever add anything that keeps something on your device to measure visits, we’ll ask first.

part six

Accessibility

Websites are for everybody, ours included.

neuwp.com and the websites we build are made to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We check every page with automated tools at four screen sizes, with the keyboard, and with motion turned down. That is not a certificate, and tools do not find everything.

If something on neuwp.com gets in your way, write to [email protected] and tell us what you were trying to do. A person answers, and we fix what we can.
