From a preview to a live site.
Your preview is a quick first draft. If you like it, our team takes it from there: we make it even better, we build every page, you look it over, and we launch on a day that suits you. Here’s how it goes, and who you’ll be working with.
Six steps, and who does what.
You only ever have a few small things to do. The heavy lifting is on us.
-
First, your free preview
You type in your website’s address, and we make you a new version of it to try. If you like it, carry on below.

Liked the preview? Let’s go!
You pay €240 to get going, and the page with your preview turns into your project page. Everything else happens there.

we’ll say hello on your project page first -
You send us what we need
We’ll ask for a few things, like your logo and any new text. For your domain, you invite us in, or we show you how to set it up yourself. Send it all one piece at a time, whenever you have it.

We build
Our team builds every page around your business, starting from your preview. You’ll see our updates on your project page as we go, with pictures.

You look it over
You get a checklist of everything we built, next to the new site. Tick what’s right and tell us what you’d like changed.

Once you’re happy, the site is yours, every page and every setting. You pay the rest of the build and your first month or year.

We launch
On the day we agree, your domain switches over to the new site. Your emails keep working as before, and your old site stays up right until then.

the switch itself takes about a minute -
And every month after
We take care of hosting, backups, updates and security checks. When you want something changed, one of us does it, and each month you get a report on how your site did.
we do thisfor as long as you like

How long it takes to build your site
The clock starts when the last thing on your list of what we need is in. If we need something more from you, it stops until we have it. For a custom site, we agree a date with you. See the tiers
The people who’ll build your site.
The team behind NeuWP has been building websites for more than 20 years. We know what you want, and we do it.
swipe to look around the room
We use AI a lot, and happily: it read your site and made your preview in a few minutes. Then we take over. We get to know your business and the people you want to reach. We pick the photo you’re proudest of, find the words your customers actually use, and keep at it until the site feels right to you. When you write, one of us reads it and writes back. That’s what you’re paying us for.
One page for everything.
You won’t need to book calls or dig through emails. From the day you start, it’s all on one page.
- What we still need from you, one thing at a time.
- Messages from us, with a real name on each one.
- A countdown in working days, so you always know when to expect your site.
- Your launch day, your monthly plan and your reports.
What we need from you
- The text for your About page
- Your logo, as a file
- The new opening hours
- A photo of the team
Messages and updates
What happens when you go live.
This is the day your new site replaces the old one. We pick it together, and we’ll tell you the moment it’s live.
Your domain and your email
Your web address now opens the new site. Your email keeps working exactly as before.
Old links still work
We go through every page of your old site and send each address to the right new page, so old links and Google results don’t hit a dead end.
Checked before and after
Before the switch, we check that everything’s ready. Afterward, we test the new site again, and if anything’s not right, we’re here to fix it.
One of us goes through it
Before any site goes live, one of us checks it over: how fast it is, whether everyone can use it, how Google sees it, and how it treats your visitors’ data.

Then we look after it.
A website is never really done. Opening hours change, people join, prices go up. With the monthly plan, it all gets done without you having to think about it.
- Nightly backups, and a check every five minutes that your site is up.
- Updates and security checks, done for you.
- Time each month for the changes you ask for.
- A monthly report with real figures, nothing guessed.
